The short version, then the detail
WBE Consultants LLC (“AMIGO,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit goamigo.co or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It applies to this website and related communications — not to the AMIGO software available on Salesforce AppExchange, which is governed by the agreement you enter into there.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.
Information you provide
Your name, business email, company, role, and anything you include in a message when you contact us, download a resource, take an assessment (including your answers), unlock an avatar demo video, subscribe, or email us.
Scheduling details
Our demo-booking links open Calendly. Calendly collects your name, email and meeting preferences under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us.
Automatic information
With your consent, analytics about which pages you visit, your device and browser, and approximate location. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) to keep the site secure. We use a one-way hash of your IP address to stop form spam.
How we use it
Each use below names its legal basis under the UK and EU GDPR.
- Sending what you asked for. A reply to your inquiry, a resource, your assessment scorecard, or an unlocked demo video. Basis: steps you asked us to take.
- Following up. When you contact us or unlock a demo video, our team may get in touch about AMIGO. Basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business interest. You can object at any time and we will stop.
- Marketing email. The Dispatch and product updates go only to people who subscribe or tick the marketing box on a form. That box is never ticked for you, and nothing you ask for depends on it. We record the wording you agreed to and when. Basis: consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics. Only after you accept analytics cookies. Basis: consent.
- Running the site. Operating, securing and improving goamigo.co, including spam protection. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Legal duties. Meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations and protecting our rights. Basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
We don’t sell your personal information.
We share it only with:
- Service providers who run parts of our operation under contract: HighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM, which receives form submissions; Acumbamail, which sends our emails; Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and its content; Google (analytics, only with your consent); Calendly (demo booking); and Salesforce (product trials).
- Authorities or advisors where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AMIGO or others.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice where required.
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site running; analytics cookies load only after you consent. For the full list and controls, see our Cookie Policy.
Accepting cookies is not consent to marketing and never adds you to a mailing list. Details you type into an avatar video form stay in your browser only if you tick “Remember my details”, and for six months at most.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal limits.
- Withdraw consent — including for analytics, via the cookie settings on our Cookie Policy.
- Object to uses based on our legitimate interests. An objection to direct marketing is always honored.
- Restrict how we use your information while a request is resolved.
- Receive the information you gave us in a portable format.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, using the link in any email or by writing to us.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information in that sense, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EU / UK residents (GDPR): the legal basis for each use is listed under How we use it. You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Retention & security
- Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Marketing consent lasts until you unsubscribe. Details remembered in your browser expire after six months.
- Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- International transfers. We are based in the United States and process data here. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
- Children. The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
