WBE Consultants LLC (“AMIGO,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit goamigo.co or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It applies to this website and related communications — not to the AMIGO software available on Salesforce AppExchange, which is governed by the agreement you enter into there.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.
Information you provide
Your name, business email, phone number, company, and anything you include in a message when you fill out a form, request a demo, or email us.
Scheduling details
When you book a demo through our Calendly scheduler, Calendly collects your name, email, and meeting preferences to set up the meeting.
Automatic information
With your consent, analytics about which pages you visit, your device and browser, and approximate location. We and our hosting provider also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the information or materials you request.
- Schedule, prepare for, and follow up on demos and meetings.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- Send updates or marketing only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.

- Service providers who run parts of our operation under contract — for example Google (analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Salesforce (product trials), and our cloud hosting provider.
- Authorities or advisors where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AMIGO or others.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice where required.

Your rights
