ServiceNow is powerful and highly extensible with enough custom development and professional-services investment, much of what AMIGO does could be built on it. The difference is out-of-the-box: AMIGO ships the full transformation model pre-built, where SPM typically needs significant configuration and services spend to reach comparable coverage.
